Lie down on your back and place your Rainbow Obsidian over your heart for 5 to 11 minutes.

As you lie there, say out loud, “I let go of the heaviness in my heart.”

Allow yourself to cry, get angry, or release whatever emotions come to the surface. Visualize the Rainbow Obsidian absorbing all your pain and hurtful emotions. Let them move through you to let them go.

Cleanse your Rainbow Obsidian under running water, and then place it in the Sun for 4 hours.
